My Stay Strong Story!
~ Tunee Lovato
For as long I could remember I was always insure about myself. I have a bad relationship with food and I am not the skinniest person on the planet. I have always struggled with that. I also have a lot of acne of my face and sometimes they go away but other days they just start appearing out of nowhere. I guess what I am trying to say is, I'm not perfect. Nothing about me is. But thanks to Ms. Demi Lovato I have learned to "Stay Strong" and embrace my flaws because I am a unique person. I still have rough patches in my life sometimes, but through Demi's tweets and her music, I have learned that everything is okay because everything turned out fine for Demi. Thank You Demi for teaching me to stay strong and keep my head up.
I'll Stay Strong!
~ Savanna Hoopiiaina
When I was in 2nd grade, I began getting a little bit of a belly. It was after my father just randomly stopped taking me and my sibilings every other weekend. My only comfort was food and so I gradually kept eating & eating. In 2nd grade I was a "chunky" little girl I got bullied and even got called "fatty" by some of my close friends. When 3rd grade came along and we still had 5 more months before summer break, I couldn't take the name calling so my mom home-schooled me up until 8th grade. When 8th grade came along, I finally went to a charter school and when I saw how perfect these girls were, I felt insecure again. Of course, since 3rd grade I lost weight, but seeing everyone being skinny killed me so food became my comfort yet again. But after I began to see myself put on weight again I was insecure, I felt ugly and I was called ugly. So, I switched to an unhealthy decision; I starved myself & then shortly after 8th grade ended, I stopped. But just last year, 9th grade began and I came back to school, it hit me like a ton of bricks. I saw every perfect person in there again, but this time I didn't starve myself. I ate lunch... but right after that I'd throw it up because I wanted to be pretty. I wanted to have that stick figure like everyone else. I thought that was what everyone wanted me to be, but in February of this year, just a few days before my 15th birthday, I had told myself that I needed to stop what I was doing and a few months after I had told myself that Demi came out of treatment. She taught me how to be beautiful & I wasnt alone. She helped me recover & now I'm on a healthy life changing experience. I do activity, I'm not depressed anymore & I DO feel beautiful & so should everyone else. You're beautiful! I'm Staying Strong and so should you. I know my story was long but I hope I got through to whoever read this.
My Stay Strong Story!
~ Demi Maveric
My life looked perfect on the outside. I have a loving family, money, and beauty. The main point though, was what no one saw. Ever since Kindergarten, I've always been the outsider. The bullying got intense though, when I was in 2nd grade. I was told I was worthless, ugly, and nothing. Of course it hurt me, but I had no idea what to do, so I turned to over eating. I then gained weight and was a "chunky" child, so then I definitely didn't feel good about myself. I was told I was fat, ugly, and lame.... and at age 9, I developed my first eating disorder. I was bulimic from age 9 to age 11, but it didn't help. I was still called fat and still bullied, so that's when I turned to anorexia. Anorexia took over my life and cause me to go into a deep depression, soon resulting to cutting. From then on I would go back and forth from bulimia to anerxia while cutting through it all. I felt unloved, ugly and like nothing. I lost all hope and happiness. The only person that actually understood me was Demi. She made me feel beautiful; like I wasn't alone. After some counseling and praying, I am now healthy, beautiful, and happy! God picked me up off the dirty ground, brushed me off, and made me new again. I know my story is long, but I hope someone is reading this and will learn from my mistakes, because YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL. Listen to Demi's music, pray, and just find an outlet. Most importantly, Stay Strong. <3 (Want to make a difference? Follow my twitter @PacerTABhelper to end bullying!)
Stay Strong!
~ Valerie Cc
This is my "Stay Strong" story. I'm an average girl. I have my friends, a normal family, basically a good life. I can't really complain. But, some kids in my school are really, really mean and just ignorant. I love to sing, play guitar and I love music but they tell me that I'm a bad singer and that I can't hit a note. I always tell myself that I can sing. All adults tell me I can and some kids too. Sometimes the kids are so mean, that they make me cry. They tell me I'm ugly and that I can't sing. I brush it off most of the time but at times it really gets to me then I'll get home and bawl but when I'm done bawling, I put on Demi's music. I play "Believe In Me" and suddenly I feel special. I feel that I can make it. I know that some others have a harder time with bullying and others don't have such a big problem. Mine is pretty small but nevertheless, it hurts. Like Demi says, words hurt and they hurt an awful lot. Even though I know it's not true and that these people are ignorant, it gets to me. So thank you Demi, for helping me #StayStrong . I love you @ddlovato ♥.
P.S.- When I'm feeling down, I write Stay Strong ♥ on my wrist.

My Stay Strong Story!
~ Aldo Zanoletti
Stay Strong, my God it's unbelievable but it's helped me. I saw Demi's interview of "Stay Strong" and I broke down completely cause I was so depressed with many problems about my loved ones but when I saw that interview I realized I should admit my mistakes and "Stay Strong" and face them. Even though Demi does not know it all, I love her so much as the sister I never had. May 6th marked the 3rd anniversary of the brutal murder of my mom's brother. Of course, we were all heartbroken but I remembered Demi's "Stay Strong" message and I told my grandparents and mother about it. Oh and many times when I make dumb mistakes, I just remember that a young 18 year old girl taught a 20 year old boy the true meaning of seeing my life as something positive.
Demi Is My Strength!
~ Shivani Gheewala
Demi Lovato is my role model. She is the strongest person I know. During her life, she's been strong enough to fake a smile. I'm really glad that she's talking about her problems now and getting better. It's not good to bottle up your feelings inside, I know that from experiences as well. Stay Strong Demi :)
Demi Helped Me Through A Lot!
~ Candy
I just wanted to write this to let Demi know that she has seriously helped me through SO much. I deal with alot of the same things she does and even though im not 100% better yet, Im trying and she makes me feel like Im not alone and that people with these kind of diseases, (eating disorders, depression, etc) shouldn't be treated differently or looked down upon. I was also bullied in Junior High, but not 8th grade though. I loved how she stood up to stop bullying. I'm pretty sure when I heard about her doing that, is when I became a huge fan of hers. It's crazy how one person, who doesn't even know you, can help you through SO much. She's amazing, and I really hope she realizes how many people she has helped by getting herself help and doing an interview on everything she's been through. (:
Demi's Inspired Us All!
~ Mckenzie M

I Look Up To Demi So Much!
~ Becky Lucy
I look up to Demi so much 'cuz she's helped me. I've never been confident with my body but early last year, my grandad died of cancer. The day he died will always stay with me 'cuz 2 days before he died, I saw him at the hospital and that image stayed in my head ever since. At the funeral I broke down crying and from then I had depression, I was suffering from bad anxiety and even self harm. It got worst 'cuz I kept my emotions inside. But when the news broke that Demi was out of rehab and said "Stay Strong", I was getting more confident and started believing in myself more. :) Thank you Demi Lovato. xx #staystrong
I'm A Huge Demi Fan!
~ M. Rossy McCain
Hi everyone my name is Rossylinn. Rossy for short. Well I'm a big fan of Demi, she's my inspiration to "Stay Strong" because I'm a teen mom and I'm sooo aloneee. I've cried every night thinking of how my life was before my daughter was born, but later I saw Demi's problem and I was like OMG, my problem is nothing compared to Demi's problem because I don't have money problems and right now, I know that I don't need someone to care for me and my baby. I'm her mom and I'm gonna take care of her my entire life. So "Stay Strong" means alot to me.
I've Always Loved Demi!
~ Danielle Woods
Demi is my inspiration. I've loved her since I first saw her in Camp Rock. I'm going through the same as Demi. Not the same eating disorder but an eating disorder. I may or may not be bipolar and I harm myself. Demi has taught me to "Stay Strong" and since she has been out of rehab, I've told one of my friends about everything, and shes helped me so i actaully havent halmed myself alot since then. Demi is my rolemodel, I want to be an actress and singer in the future and Demi has taught me that it is possible. I'm currently listening to her music now and it never fails to put a smile on my face. She is amazing and is helping me to "Stay Strong." I couldn't thank her enough for how she has helped me. :) <3
I Love Demi Lovato!
~ Fatima Lovato
I love Demi Lovato. She helped me through some rough times in my life. I've gotten bullied in my life. Cyber, Mentally and Physically Bullied. I have a problem with eating... I weight 135 pounds and im a 15 year old girl. I used to be disgusted with my self everyday of my life, but seeing how Demi and all these other Lovatics deal and cope with it, it helps me find hope that I will get better. I cut myself once on the arm where it was noticeable and everyone freaked! I was going to do it again but I was getting help from my sister. She took away all my sharp objects that she thought I will use to cut myself with. And for shaving... well my sister makes me wax lmao. :) But this isn't a laughing matter. Without the things I've seen Demi do, and what she deals and handles with, I think I would be in a worst stage right now. But i am #StayingStrong just like Demi and all other amazing girls (and some guys) out there who are dealing with this kind of stuff every single day of there life and possibly worse. Thank you.. I love you Demi Lovato and all Lovatics out there! Always #StayStrong!
Demi Kept Me Strong!
~ Muthia Faradhifah
She made me strong, when my parents divorced, when my dad was married again, when I had a stepmother. I heard all her songs when I had a problem. One day, when my dad was angry at me, I almost committed suicide. BUT when I heard Demi's songs, I felt strong and patient. Thanks Demi :')

Demi Is Just Like Us, We're Not Alone!
~ Tanika Johnny
I always thought that famous people didn't have the same problems that regular people did. And if they did, they hide it. But when I heard that Demi was going into treatment for physical issues, I was like Omg Im not alone. Kinda like she is real and not some barbie doll. And it really opened my eyes, and I love her for being so open and wanting to help others. I am going through that SAME thing she is, many girls are. And it's amazing knowing that Your idol is going through it too. Im glad she got help and now she's helping others. I love Demi Forever. : )

Demi Helped Me To Be Proud!
~ Tanika J
This is my Demi Story. It's pretty recent, when she tweeted "look in the mirror and say Im proud Of myself" So I did. At first I was like "omg this is not going to work..no matter what i'll always feel bad about myself"/ But then I tried it. And it honestly changed my life, it changed me. Something so little can do a whole lot. I just started crying tears of joy , because suddenly I felt so strong. I love Demi Because of this and so much more. Thank you Demi. You Taught me to Stay Strong.
Demi Helped Me Through Bullying & Changed Me As A Person! <3
~ Amanda
In the beginning of this year, I was getting bullied. I wasn't sure what to do. I knew that I was not going to let this break me down. I reminded myself every day to Stay Strong because Demi did it. And because of Demi, I went and told someone to stop the problem and I'm not getting bullied anymore. When the principal said "I'm very proud of you for coming to tell me because I know it's hard to do." And this is exactly what I said "The only reason I came & knew what to do is because my favorite celebrity was a victim of bullying and she got bullied right out of middle school & I wanted to stop it before it got that bad for me. From seeing her speak up about it, clicked right away to get help" and I started crying. I wouldn't have stayed as strong as I did if it wasn't for Demi. And because of that, I do not say mean things about people anymore because the slightest thing whether it's a joke or not, can hurt a person. Demi has also made me more confident. Everytime I look in the mirror, I see a beautiful girl looking back at me. Everyone should because everyone is beautiful. I walk through the hallways now very confident in myself and it's all because of Demi. <3

I was bullied a few years back, and now, when I see bullies I have the courage to go and talk to them because bullying is not fair. Demi Lovato taught me this. #NOH8
Also, when I'm going through a rough time, I will remember Demi and how she relied on her friends and family to support her. She taught me that you're never alone. #StayStrongForDemi ♥

My Hero! <3
~ Vicky
Demetria Devonne Lovato has inspired me A L O T & many other Lovatics out there, when i first saw her i thought she was an amazing actress and singer on As The Bell Ring as Charlotte. I knew one day she would do something amazingly huge to impact this world and she did. She showed us how strong she is and how strong we could be if we listen to our heart and follow our dreams. She told us bullying is one of the most common things and it caused people to suicide themselves because people bothering them about everything and how they look like. I love how she got all to do the #NOH8 . It was a good thing because it shows us that she really cares and that no matter what happen we have to stay strong for ourselves and if Demi can Stay Strong then so can we :D. I Love You Demi ! <3 :D
Demi Lovato: One of us!
~ Julia
From As The Bell Rings to Don't Forget to Here We Go Again to now, Demi has always inspired me to follow my dreams. She showed me that if you work hard and try your best, you'll get where you want to go. I want to become a singer just like Demi, but there are some days where I think I'm not good enough and I'll never become a singer. But then I turn to Demi's music and her music tells me that dreams DO come true! She has helped me through my ups and downs. Demi has also inspired me to write my own songs. They're not really good, but I know that I'll succeed if I keep trying. Demi has taught me that. She is inspiration not only to me, but to a million of people around the globe. I will always love her and she will always be my inspiration! I love you Demi Lovato!!! <3
